first999 is a casino lobby shaped for Bangladesh — live dealer tables, slot rooms, crash games and a sportsbook in one place, with bKash and Upay sitting right in your account wallet. Availability depends on your local law and eligible region.
first999 started from a straightforward observation: Bangladeshi players move fast between apps, follow cricket closely, and expect their payment wallet to work the same way their phone does. So we built the lobby around that habit. Your bKash or Upay account connects directly to your first999 wallet — no third-party redirect, no unfamiliar checkout screen. When a BPL match is running, you can place a bet on the sportsbook and switch to a live dealer table in the same session without logging out or reloading. The game catalogue draws from CQ9, Habanero, PlayStar and Bigtime Gaming, which means the slot rooms and live tables are refreshed on the studios' own release schedules rather than a fixed internal calendar. Cricket-led sports betting is the category we see most activity on — IPL, BPL and international fixtures are all covered under the sportsbook tab.
The numbers below reflect the structural shape of the first999 platform — the game categories available, the access paths we maintain, and the language and support coverage we publish. We do not invent session counts or payment volumes; what you see here is what you can verify in the lobby and account area.

Every support route we list here is one you can find inside your signed-in account. We do not publish channels we cannot staff, and we do not invent response windows. If you have a wallet query, a verification step, or a transaction question, the paths below are where to start.
The Help section inside your signed-in account covers wallet verification, deposit steps, and transaction records. Open your account menu and select Help to see the full list of topics and the form for submitting a query directly to the support team.
A live chat option is available from the Help section when you are signed in. Use it for account access questions, bKash or Upay wallet queries, and anything that needs a faster back-and-forth than a submitted form. Availability is shown inside the chat widget.
Your wallet page inside the account area shows your current balance, recent transactions, and the steps to link or re-verify a bKash or Upay number. Most payment questions can be resolved by following the instructions shown directly on that page.
Trust on a casino platform is earned through consistency — the same payment flow every time, support routes that actually appear when you need them, and game content from studios whose titles you can verify in the lobby. Here is how first999 approaches each of those areas.
bKash and Upay are the two payment methods we have verified for Bangladesh. They connect directly to your account wallet. We do not name payment methods we have not confirmed, and we do not route you through an unfamiliar checkout screen when you deposit or withdraw.
The game content in our lobby comes from CQ9, Habanero, PlayStar and Bigtime Gaming. These are the studios we carry. RTP information is shown only where the game or studio exposes it — we do not publish figures we cannot source from the provider.
The lobby, sportsbook, live casino and account are each reachable in one tap from the first999 home screen on any modern mobile browser. No download is required. The layout reflows for smaller screens so the primary actions stay in thumb reach.
Your transaction history, wallet balance, and verification status are all visible inside your signed-in account. If a step is pending — such as a bKash number confirmation — the account page shows it with the instructions to complete it.
Consistency matters more than novelty on a platform you use regularly. The items below describe what first999 keeps stable across sessions — the navigation shape, the payment flow, the game catalogue source, and the support path — so you are not relearning the layout each time you open the app.
The lobby, sportsbook, live casino and account tabs stay in the same position across mobile and desktop. We aim to keep the primary navigation consistent so switching between cricket betting and a live table does not require hunting for a new menu.
bKash and Upay deposits follow the same steps each time: open your account wallet, select the method, enter the amount, and follow the confirmation shown on screen. We keep this consistent so the process is familiar on your second visit as it was on your first.
Titles in the slot rooms and live casino come from CQ9, Habanero, PlayStar and Bigtime Gaming. New releases appear when the studio pushes them. The catalogue source does not change, so you know where the content is coming from.
The Help section is always inside your signed-in account menu. We do not move it between updates. Whether you have a wallet question or a transaction query, the path to support stays in the same place.
These are the four elements that shape how first999 works in practice — not abstract values, but the concrete things you encounter when you open the lobby, place a bet, or check your account. Each one reflects a deliberate choice about how a Bangladesh-focused casino lobby should behave.
The sportsbook foregrounds cricket — IPL, BPL and international fixtures are the category we see most engagement with. It sits alongside the casino lobby so you can move between a match and a live table in the same session without a separate login or a different app.
Slot rooms and live tables draw from four studios: CQ9, Habanero, PlayStar and Bigtime Gaming. Browsing by studio is one of the navigation paths inside the lobby, so if you have a preference for a particular studio's style, you can filter directly to their titles.
first999 runs in a mobile browser without requiring a download. The layout is built for smaller screens — the game grid, the sportsbook odds, and the account wallet all reflow cleanly. You can open a crash game on the train and come back to a live table on desktop later.
Your bKash or Upay number links to your first999 account wallet, not to a separate payment portal. Deposits, withdrawals and your transaction history are all visible from the same account page, and the verification steps are shown inline when they are needed.
These are the questions that come up most often from people exploring the first999 lobby for the first time or returning after a break. If your question is not here, the Help section inside your signed-in account has a full topic list and a direct query form.
first999 has verified bKash and Upay as the two local payment rails for Bangladesh. Both connect directly to your account wallet. You can find the deposit and withdrawal steps inside the wallet page of your signed-in account, along with any verification instructions.
