The first999 casino lobby puts live dealer tables, slot rooms from CQ9, Habanero, PlayStar and Bigtime Gaming, and crash games on one screen — account wallet funded through bKash or Upay, availability subject to your local law and eligible region.
The casino section at first999 is split into clearly labelled rooms: live dealer, slots, table games, and crash. Inside the live dealer room, you find baccarat, roulette, and blackjack tables running with real croupiers around the clock. The slot rooms carry titles from CQ9, Habanero, PlayStar, and Bigtime Gaming — browsable by studio or by category filter on the left rail. Crash games sit in their own tab, so you are never hunting through unrelated content to find them. Each game card shows a launch button and, where the studio exposes it, an RTP figure. The lobby filter row lets you narrow by category, studio, or recently opened titles in your account history. Nothing requires a separate download — the full catalogue opens inside the browser or the mobile app session you already have.
The first999 casino lobby is built for portrait-mode browsing on Android and iOS browsers. Game cards resize to a single column so you can tap directly into a live baccarat table or a crash round without pinching the screen. The live dealer stream adjusts to your connection — if the feed drops briefly, the table session holds your place rather than closing the round. Slot titles from CQ9 and Habanero load in the same in-browser player, so switching from a slot room to a live table is one tap back to the lobby rail. Your account balance and recent game history are visible at the top of the mobile lobby without scrolling. Cricket fans who follow BPL matches during the evening often keep the casino lobby open in a second tab — the mobile browser handles both without a reload.
If something interrupts your casino session, these are the routes we publish for account and game queries at first999.
The live chat icon sits at the bottom-right of every casino page. Open it while the game is still on screen so the support agent can see which table or slot you were on when the issue occurred.
Send a detailed message through the contact email published in the Help section of your account. Include your account ID, the game name, and the approximate time of the session so the team can check the transaction log.
The Help Centre inside your signed-in account lists casino-specific articles covering round disputes, wallet credits from bKash or Upay, and lobby access steps. Check there before contacting support — many session questions are answered directly.
first999 keeps casino information visible inside your account so you can check what happened in any session without contacting support first.
Every spin, crash round, and live table hand is recorded in the Game History tab inside your account. You can review stake, outcome, and round ID for each entry. No session disappears from the log once it is closed.
RTP figures appear on game cards only where the studio — CQ9, Habanero, PlayStar or Bigtime Gaming — publishes that data directly. We do not add figures the studio has not confirmed, so what you see on the card is the studio's own number.
Casino rules, round-cancellation policy, and wallet credit timelines are written in the Terms section under your account. Access them from the footer link or directly through the signed-in Help Centre at any time.
When a bKash or Upay deposit clears, the credit appears on the wallet line at the top of the casino lobby. The transaction reference from your bKash app matches the deposit ID in your account history for cross-checking.
Not every casino room at first999 plays the same way. Here is a quick read on what separates them so you can open the right room for the session you have in mind.
Live dealer tables need a stable stream and a few minutes per round. Slot rooms from CQ9 or Habanero run faster, with rounds measured in seconds — better for short sessions on mobile.
Crash games like Crash Wildspin move in a single rising multiplier per round with one decision point. Table games — roulette, blackjack — involve multiple betting positions and longer decision windows each hand.
Browsing by studio (Habanero, PlayStar, Bigtime Gaming) narrows the list to titles with a shared visual and mechanic style. The all-slots view suits discovery; the studio filter suits returning to a style you already know.
The mobile casino lobby loads portrait-optimised game cards with larger tap targets. Desktop shows the full provider rail and wider table-view for live dealer. Both use the same account and wallet — no separate login needed.
These are the words and abbreviations that come up when you browse the first999 casino lobby or read a game card.
RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a percentage showing the theoretical long-run return a slot or table game is designed to pay back. The figure is set by the studio, not the casino operator, and it covers millions of rounds rather than a single session.
Volatility describes how a slot distributes its payouts. High-volatility slots pay less often but in larger amounts when they do. Low-volatility slots pay more frequently in smaller amounts. Studios like CQ9 and Habanero label this on game detail cards where available.
A round ID is a unique reference number assigned to each casino round — crash, slot spin, or live table hand. You find it in your Game History log. Support teams use it to pull the exact round record when investigating a session query.
KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is the identity verification step your account may require before withdrawals are processed. The documents needed and the submission route are described in the Verification section of your signed-in account.
In crash games like Crash Wildspin, a multiplier is the rising number shown during a round. You cash out before it stops to lock in that multiplier applied to your stake. If you do not cash out in time, the round ends and the stake is lost.
Live dealer means the game is dealt by a real person on camera in real time. You place bets on screen while watching the croupier handle cards or spin the wheel. It is different from a software-simulated table where outcomes are generated by an algorithm.
These are the questions we see most from people exploring the first999 casino lobby for the first time or returning after a break.
Use the studio filter on the left rail of the casino lobby. Select CQ9, Habanero, PlayStar, or Bigtime Gaming to narrow the visible titles to that studio's catalogue only. On mobile, the filter appears as a horizontal scroll strip above the game cards. Tap a studio name to apply it instantly.
Yes. The casino lobby at first999 keeps your session active across rooms. Tap the back arrow to return to the main lobby rail, then open the live dealer or slots tab. Your account balance and active wallet carry over without a separate sign-in step.
Once your bKash deposit is confirmed, the credited amount appears on the wallet balance line at the top of the casino lobby. The same transaction reference from your bKash app shows up in your account deposit history so you can match the two records.
The full casino lobby — live dealer tables, slots from all four studios, and crash games — runs inside a mobile browser without a separate download. Open the site address in Chrome or Safari on your phone and log in to reach the casino section directly.
The table session holds your position while the connection is briefly lost. When the stream reconnects, the round outcome is recorded in your Game History with the correct round ID. If the round settled while you were disconnected, the result appears in the history log as normal.
Open the game card in the casino lobby and look for the info icon or details panel before launching the title. If the studio has published an RTP figure, it appears there. First999 only shows figures the studio itself has confirmed — cards without an RTP figure simply mean the studio has not published one.
